What property managers ask us first

Do you work on single houses, or only blocks?
Both. Strata is our specialty, but a house on its own is an address like any other, and it gets the same timetable and the same signed-off visits.
Can we book a one-off without a contract?
Yes. Regular work runs on an agreed timetable, and one-offs sit alongside it. A vacate clean or a yard tidy before an inspection does not need an agreement first.
What do I get to show the owner?
The signed-off visit on the building’s record: what was done, when and by whom. It is written for someone who was not there, which is the point - you can forward it instead of summarising it.
Do you do electrical or pest control?
No. We do cleaning, caretaking, grounds, and maintenance including the hard-to-reach work. Trades outside that are not something we supply, and we will tell you so rather than subcontract a job we cannot stand behind.
