Your caretaker looks after your building day to day - walk-arounds, bin rooms, bins out and back, small fixes, and the things you only notice if you are there often. They know the rules and the history, and every visit is signed off. They keep the building's records up to date as they go: what was done, what changed, what is coming up, and the paperwork behind it. So the committee, your strata manager and the next person on site all work from the same up-to-date picture instead of someone's memory. One agreement instead of three: caretaking, cleaning and gardens can run on one contract with the same crew. Small schemes and large schemes, same deal. Strata is our specialty, and we look after short-term accommodation and single residences too.
