For owners corporations

Proof the work was done

A committee is volunteers with day jobs, and the two questions that take the most time are the same two every quarter: was the work done, and what are we paying for. We answer both in writing. Cleaning, caretaking and grounds run to an agreed timetable on one agreement instead of three, every visit is signed off against the building's record, and the key dates sit on a calendar that reminds you before they fall due rather than after. Nothing lapses quietly.

What you get

  • One agreement instead of three contractors to coordinate
  • What we do, and how often, written down and agreed before we start
  • Every visit signed off, so the committee can check it
  • Key dates and insurances tracked, with a reminder before each falls due
  • Incidents logged the day they happen: safety, security, damage, near misses
  • The same crews whether you self-manage or use a strata manager

Why Strand

  • The app is free with the service
  • One crew instead of three is where the cost comes down
  • We work alongside your strata manager and committee
  • Small schemes and large schemes, same deal
  • Terrigal-based, working the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney

The services behind it

Take one service, two or all of them, on one agreement. The app comes free with any of them.

What owners corporations ask us first

We self-manage. Is that a problem?
No. A self-managed scheme is often where we are most useful, because there is no agent between the committee and the work. You get the same crews, the same timetable and the same record, and the key dates sit somewhere other than one person’s inbox.
How do we put Strand to the committee?
Ask for a proposal and we will write it for your scheme: the services, the frequencies, the hours and what each one costs, in a form you can table at a meeting. We are happy to talk it through with the committee or your strata manager directly.
What does "every visit signed off" actually mean?
The crew checks in on site and the attendance is written to the building’s record with what was done and when. It is not a tick on our own invoice - it is a line on the building page the committee can open.
Do we have to take all three services?
No. Take one, two or all three. Most schemes start with cleaning and add caretaking or the grounds once the timetable is bedded in.
