Where Strand works

Strand runs facilities management for strata schemes along the NSW coastal corridor - the Central Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter, and greater Sydney - and runs its AI-powered platform Australia-wide. Crews are local to the area they attend, and every attendance is signed back into the scheme's own record, so the committee and the strata manager see the same history wherever the building sits.

  • Central Coast: Facilities management for strata across the Central Coast: Gosford, Erina, Terrigal, Avoca, Kincumber, Woy Woy, Umina, Ettalong, Wyong, Tuggerah, Bateau Bay and The Entrance.
  • Newcastle: Facilities management for strata across Newcastle and the Hunter: the CBD, Cooks Hill, Hamilton, Merewether, Charlestown and Lake Macquarie.
  • Sydney: Facilities management for strata across greater Sydney: the CBD, inner west, north shore, northern beaches and eastern suburbs.

What we run, wherever the building is

  • Cleaning: Common areas on a schedule that suits the building, every visit signed off and logged.
  • Caretaking: A caretaker who knows the building: walk-arounds, bin rooms and waste presentation, day-to-day upkeep.
  • Grounds & gardens: Lawns, edges, hedging, garden beds and irrigation, each duty to its own stated frequency.
  • Maintenance: Repairs planned or reactive, with EWP, rope access, scaffolding and tree work through a vetted panel.
  • Compliance: Statutory dates tracked - fire safety statements, lift and backflow checks, insurance renewals.
  • Platform as a service: The scheme record and AI concierge on their own, if you already have crews you are happy with.

Take one service or all of them. The scope is set per building and pinned to its record as a measurable SLA, so what was agreed is what gets checked.
